I usually have to work out in the evenings because of my schedule. I usually stop by the gym after work to get my work out in. I'm not sure when the best time to work out is though.
I think as long as you stay consistent and you don't alter from your schedule you will be fine.
I try to work out in the evening...there's nothing to it, I just feel like thats the best time for me. It's usually when I'm done with all my work, and I've got some extra time on my hands. I do it, then have a small dinner afterwards.
