You don't necessarily need a professional trainer to help you out. They are costly, and usually, common sense will work it out.

But if you ever have any questions how to operate a machine, you should ask someone. All to often I see a bunch of random people trying out a machine without the proper knowledge, and they end up not working out the correct way, and do run the risk of injury.

Most machines have directions. Follow them if you are unsure how to operate it.
