Default BowFlex ?

I have been considering whether or not I should buy one. Does anyone here own one and if so are they worth the money?

Thanks in advance.

Nahhh. Don't buy into the greased up dudes in the commercial. I'm sure its a cool machine but nothing beats the atmosphere and the personal help and guidance you can get going to a real gym.

The thing is, I have an stationary bike, a weight bench and some free weights. I also have chest springs, hand springs and a few other pieces of workout equipment but I am trying to figure out whether I should purchase a Universal gym or the BowFlex. That is why I am trying to get opinions of other's that have used both to see what they think.

I guess I should have said that in the first place. Sorry and thanks for the input.

I have used a soloflex and found it to be awkward compared to free weights.

Go with the Universal gym bro. I have tried a bowflex and they are good but not all they are made out to be.

Id say stick with free weights. If you have a big ball and some dumbells you can to some pretty crazy workouts.

Get a few Great Compound exercise pieces, you will prolly spend the same amount on a few machines (if you have the room) that yo ucan get 4-5 exercises out of vs a Universal Gym.

bowflex is absolute garbage. the weight isnt accurate(i can bench all 410lbs of resistance but thats about 60 more lbs than i can do with a barbell), it doesnt work your stabilizer groups... its a waste of money.
