Default wresteling weight training




im to use to body building movements, i always fall back on them.

i need 3 more staple movements to keep in my regime,
wresteling weight training.

trap box deadlifts are one,

need 3 more.


amature fighter, training with some good pros,
judo, mui thai, sub wresteling.
