lol I'l like to see one of those guys "bounce" 600 ibs. off thier chest!

When the Big Show and Brock Lessnor came to GA they both benched more than that at Golds Gym in front of an audience.
I saw Tank's lift. There was a bounce but it takes a strong man to bounce 600 off your body. Pressed it right up.

i am a power lifter and i tied the national high school bench press record of 341lbs 4 years ago when i was a senior. i just started training in combat submission wrestling and muay thai and i hope to start competing in local events in about 9 months. i have alot of wrestling experience that i am hoping will translate well into submission wrestling... but so far i have been getting my ass kicked by my training partners haha. all the strength in the world won't save you from a deep arm bar.
I'm in the same boat. I'm a powerrlifter just foling around with mma right now. Some of my friends been in it for awhile. I just added a mat to my gym so I can get some regular training in. Hopefully i reach my powertlifting goals in the next couple months and then I can hit some mma or grappling tournaments
