Tank Abbot at one time benched 600 ibs! though some ppl. said he "bounced" it off his chest....

lol I'l like to see one of those guys "bounce" 600 ibs. off thier chest!

When the Big Show and Brock Lessnor came to GA they both benched more than that at Golds Gym in front of an audience.

Haha, last time I went to the gym I started on 10kg's and managed to get to 400. Left after a few months though, too far...

LOL I find it funny how everybody always asks for peoples bench maxes like its the best indication for ones strength....why don't people ever ask for peoples squat or deadlift maxes as i feel these are more worthy indicators, but oh well what can we do? I live in the uk so we go by kg and i can max 85kg not much but its my weakest excersise lol.

Benched 300 my senior year in high school. Weighed 176. Eventually benched 400 at a weight of 248.

Just imagine, I started benching with 90 pounds in the 10th grade at a body weight of 128.

No more heavy benching for me now. Pulled to many muscles. And now only use machines for flat, incline and decline benching.

i bench press 355 lbs, squat 525, and deadlift 570 lbs at 165 lbs bodyweight, and i stand 5'8"

i am a power lifter and i tied the national high school bench press record of 341lbs 4 years ago when i was a senior. i just started training in combat submission wrestling and muay thai and i hope to start competing in local events in about 9 months. i have alot of wrestling experience that i am hoping will translate well into submission wrestling... but so far i have been getting my ass kicked by my training partners haha. all the strength in the world won't save you from a deep arm bar.
