Default Daily Workout.

So, whats your daily workout? I myself just eat somewhat healthy, and try to excercise when I can, or in my free time, nothing special, but I'm doing alright for now. How about you guys?

4:30PM - 8:30PM - Practice my Tae Kwon Do, I go over everything I have already learned and then hit some bags/free weights.
Wednesday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - Practice my Shorin Ryu, I go over everything I have already learned and then hit some bags/free weights.
Thursday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - Practice my Tae Kwon Do, I go over everything I have already learned and then hit some bags/free weights.
Friday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run
4:30PM - 8:30PM - I teach advanced Tae Kwon Do techniques to students.
Saturday:
4:30AM - 6:00AM - Fast Pace Run

I'll be honest - I HATE running. As much as I do it though, you'd never guess. But I absolutely despise running. It's boring, and it just seems like a waste of time.

With that said, Matt, you are truly my hero - you run WAY to much. lol

Running is a great way to build stamina, and when it comes to large competitions stamina/speed is exactly what you need to win.

I love running and I always have, but for people that don't I suggest listening to some music or running with a friend.

diet is easily one of the most over-looked and important aspects of training if you want to take it seriously. I only drink 100% certified organic stuff. It's expensive but you know its pure. Some people (myself being one at one point) don't realize the amount of garbage that is in "normal" grocery store food. The vegetables are covered in pesticides and chemicals, milk is full of garbage. i mean, read the ingredients on some of this stuff, the rule my nutritionist gave me was if I can pronounce the ingredients, it;s probably best i dont eat it. for exercise I run 30 minutes 4 times a week, and 2 of the 4 days of running i do sprints at the end. Jui jitsu/submission wrestling 3 times a week, stirking 3 times a week. weight training 5 days a week. It's a pretty busy time, but i love it. some people might say i over-do it, but if you look at the top fighters i the world. they are doing the same thing. If you saw the special on rich franklin then you would have seen him weighing his vegetables and so on. If you are gonna try and do it, may as well give yourself the best chance

I try to train everyday, but that isn't always practical. I'm usually too busy to work out with work and everything.

However, I try to do at least 30 push ups, and 30 crunches a day, followed by a 15 minute jog on the treadmill. But other then that, I'll go to the gym as often as I can to do my weight lifting.

Every morning, I wake up at 7:00. I rinse my face to wake me up, put on my sweats, and go out for a jog until about 7:45 - 8:00, then its back home into the shower, breakfast, then off to work.

After work, I try to get in some free weights at the gym, and on M W F I go to the fighting gym to train with my partner, and do some MMA training and practice.

I do push-ups and crunches whenever i can (approximately 100 of each every day i guess), but i'm very busy with school and work so it's hard to workout every day.

At Splinter : maybe try and find a friend who will run with you, i'm sure you'll enjoy it more that way.

I hate running, too. But I do it just about every morning. Sometimes at night. Then I do some light lifting afterwards. And two times a week, I would go to the gym with a friend.
