What are the best protein drinks out there? There are a lot of different kinds so which ones do what best?

I have a Whey Powder shake from Holland & Barratts. Its nice and cheap and does actually taste quite nice.

Yeah I would be interested in learning more about different varietys as well, I have yet to try any, and I think it would be interesting to try something new.

I just drink the stuff my roommate makes. I have no idea what it is. Whenever he makes some, I always just ask him to make one for me.

I use Optimum's Whey Protein. It definitely makes a difference in my workout.

It totally depends on what YOU want out of it... I use a lactose free shake with high calorie count. Mix bananas in with your shakes to imporve taste.
