Dunno man, how many calories are you taking in a day now, no less than 500 or so of your regular intake?
I find a lot of people jump right into training without analyzing what caloric intake they have now, to assess what they need to do to cut fat..

What is the Protein/Carb/Fat breakdown of your day? You need to supply more info to get an aswer you're happy with

One thing I DO know is, that I wouldn't spend anymore than I have to for powder, and that usually rules out Xyience.

Generally you can find a good powder in a 5 lb tub for around 40-50 bucks with a 75/15/5 breakdown P/C/F.

Tiatricol isn't very safe, you'd be better on a ECA stack **IN MODERATION**. At least this way you're not killing your Thyroid ^^.

Remember a shake only adds fuel or meal replacement to keep your body burning calories, as well as supply your muscle with the needed 1.5:1 ratio to sustain muscle mass and grow. Depending on the need of the shake, you may need to analyze your current calroic intake to establish what TYPE of shake you are looking for rather than buying based on name.

If you want more info, provide more details...

Always remember to research the ingredients in whatever you are taking too.

Like Diggler said that Tiatricol isn't safe and there are a quit a few other things that depending on your physical health and/or needs can be a big negative for a person's health. There's also a ton of stuff that is just over priced crap...that in a couch potato may work short term but for someone that is already active is just a waste.

You have to know what grams etc. of the ingredients (not just protein) are needed too to know if the shake just throws those things in to jack the price or they are at a level that actually does any good.

Sorry to say but it takes a bit of reading to get a good perspective on nutrition and all the grams etc.

Not hard but just have to read up on it.
