Default Meats & Your Meals

How often do you enjoy red meats with your meals?

I must say, I'm pretty bad and I over-indulge in red meats on a regular basis. The killer for me is main meal time. Dinner (between 5-6). I always order a chinese take-out or a kebab and sit and happily eat away.

I also eat a lot of chicken, duck and fish.

How about you guys? Sensible, or Naughty?

Chicken is great...thats the best meat because you get a lot of lean protein and you don't get much other garbage with it if you buy quality stuff.

I love Beef, I have it at least 3 times a week - the rest I have either chicken, lamb, turkey or fish. I have to have one of these every day or I just feel strange

I usually get pork, chicken, and all sorts of different meats at my chinese buffet, quite good and somewhat healthy I suppose, but I'm a pretty big meat eater.

Red meat is essential. It's delicious. I'm not that big of a pork fan, but I do love chicken. Beef is also good from time to time. I eat a lot, but I also exercise a bunch. So, it all evens out.

I like red meat from time to time. Not too much though. I like to be able to enjoy it every single time without ruining it.
