I must say, I'm pretty bad and I over-indulge in red meats on a regular basis. The killer for me is main meal time. Dinner (between 5-6). I always order a chinese take-out or a kebab and sit and happily eat away.
I eat red meat all the time - I have some form of meat EVERY day and Id say red meat about half of the time. I just love meat too much not to have it In fact I have chicken in the oven now - id best go check on it
I love Beef, I have it at least 3 times a week - the rest I have either chicken, lamb, turkey or fish. I have to have one of these every day or I just feel strange
I usually get pork, chicken, and all sorts of different meats at my chinese buffet, quite good and somewhat healthy I suppose, but I'm a pretty big meat eater.
Red meat is essential. It's delicious. I'm not that big of a pork fan, but I do love chicken. Beef is also good from time to time. I eat a lot, but I also exercise a bunch. So, it all evens out.
