Honestly, there is no real "quick way to a 6 pack". You gotta diet and excercise. I've always found rope crunches and leg raises to do a pretty good job though.

everything from leg raises to medicine balls... clean diet and lots of water goes a long way too

It's got almost nothing to do with working your abs! Repeat: It's got almost nothing to do with working your abs!

It's got to do with removing the fat that's obscuring your abs from being seen. You could have the best six-pack in the world, but it's not going to be visible if you're over 10 or 11 percent bodyfat.

It's fine to do crunches and ab work and all to strengthen them, but that won't help you see them.

So diet, diet, diet (cut out most of the carbs, especially the starchy and sugary ones) and work out, in short.

There are no shortcuts to a six pack unfortunately, it takes work and disciple to get it. Perhaps if your job involved heavy lifting then you could fit your workout into your work.

the quickest way to a six pack is realizing a quick path doesnt exist. dont get stuck trying to do 500 situps a day, thinking that works is a myth. use different exercises and different movements, and use ressistance, work them like every other muscle, sets of 10-15 reps

also nutrition and cardio help, try running immediately after your ab workout, im a fan of doing that
