Dear MMA fourms.net participants:
I am a current student at the University of San Francisco, where I am carrying out an investigation of sport perceptions of traditional and non-traditional fans of MMA. With your co-operation, this study will determine a number of facts about the perceptions of the Ultimate Fighting Championship and the sport of MMA. From the investigation it will be possible to find out what you as a participant value and or perceive about the sport of MMA as well as the UFC.
The survey is quite easy and should only take about ten minutes or less to complete. There are no right or wrong answers. There are a number of opportunities for you to advocate your feelings towards the sport and the UFC. Try to answer all the questions if possible, as accurately as you can. Please note that all information will be used for research purposes only.
THE COMPLETED SURVEY WILL BE TREATED WITH ABSOLUTE CONFIDENTIALITY. INFORMATION IDENTIFYING THE RESPONDENT WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Therefore, you should not worry about how you answer the survey. Other parties will not have any access to the surveys. I appreciate your time in assisting me with this study.
