I'm glad someone else agrees. Does anyone know of any street fighter that has made it succesfully as a professional?

I don't know of any that have made it big time, but there's been a couple. Let me see if I can dig up their names and give them to ya.

Kimbo is garbage. Sure, he's OK. But there's a reason why he's never gone, or never will go pro. He's an all power boxer, that has no speed, stamina, or endurance.

He'll get ripped in any amatuer league in my opinion.

I'm not sure about him getting ripped up in an amatuer league, but yes, I do agree that he doesn't really have what it takes to go pro.

Sure, he's not gonna be too good. But you can deny that if you see him coming at your, it's scary as hell.

Kimbo can definitely make a good boxer, I think. He's big and pretty agile for his size. I agree with Bryan. He just needs to work on endurance.

Kimbo is a beast.

He would suck in MMA though... maybe he'd fluke a KO, but 99% of the time he'd be decimated.

Yea. The problem like I've said several times is that he just doesn't have the depth that it takes to pursue a career in MMA.

If you watch any of his videos, the fights only last about 5 - 10 minutes with Kimbo KOing his opponent. In the fights which he's lost, it was because his opponent was able to withstand his punches and drag it out.

Kimbo is a monster. He's got a lot of power, decent chin and speed. He knows what hes doing in a fight, and he can definitely handle himself against any stand up fighter.

But as everyone else has pointed out - I'm not sure what he'd do when he's on the ground. I don't think he'd know what he was doing.
