Who is the oldest active professional MMA fighter and how old is he?
I know there are a lot of 40-year-olds (Great to hear). I know Royce is 40 and Couture is 43 (crazy, eh? lol...) - but are there any, say 46-year-old's or 50-year-old's still competing?
To my knowledge, no, I dont know of anyone beyond 46 that is still competing. The only oldest one I know of is Couture apparently, and I had no idea he was still competing.
lol, apparently under a rock. I guess I missed that fight. I don't really keep up with UFC much, I try to, I just enjoy doing the sport and physical side of it instead.
Haha, that's one great thing about MMA - you can age where you can't compete with the best of the best anymore, but you can drop down into some of the smaller events and be the top of the ladder again (for a while anyway).
