Chuck Liddell
As everyone knows, Chuck is coming off of back to back losses for his next fight. Something he's never had to do before in his career.
And with this fight being as big as it is in terms of not just hype, but the guy's career, do you think he'll bring anything else to the table besides hanging back and looking for the one punch KO like he's been doing as of late?
This strategy has of course served him well in the past against guys like Ortiz, Horn, Babalu, etc. But he hasn't been as spectacular against decent strikers like Overeem, Rampage, etc. And IMO, Silva is at the top of the heap in terms of striking, so I really think Chuck needs to make some fairly big adjustments in his fight game or else he's going to get picked apart.
My main question is, do you guys think Chuck will be 100% mentally after back-to-back losses, and even if he is, will his standard "hands hung low, looping counter-punch" strategy be sufficient to get the KO on Silva, a guy who has twice defeated the guy that has twice defeated Chuck?
