lol - look at Mr. Meathead. This guy is hilarious, but man, do I miss him in the ring. He was pretty entertaining, but his videos are hilarious. They aren't even that educational, but they are very useful for laughs and giggles.
Ah, I didn't know Bas was that much of a legend. I guess he was way before my time then. I don't know much about him, but he seems like he had a pretty significant career.
Hahahaha. This video is funny. It's also got some cool stuff on there. I don't know much about self defense. But this guy would probably be a good teacher.
He's probably one of the best teachers you could get if you could afford him. He may not have the greatest techniques for teaching, but hes got the skill and experience to teach anyone.
