Corey does look to have a lot of potential, and he looks like he works REALLY hard, but he also looks REALLY raw. I hope he does well because he deserves to. He works really hard and listens, you can't ask for more!

glad to hear your training hard jens. i think your upcoming fight with bj will be your hardest test to date.. i actually dont know who to put my money on but one thing i know is that i love your fights, this is mma after all, you probably have just as much of a chance to win as he does. one thing i know about training is the harder the struggle the greater the glory.. good luck lil evil.. now about TUF i also agree that corey has the most potential out of the bunch. being so tall pays him n groves could easily be champ material. easy

I have only caught a few episodes this season because im working nights right now, but i do agree that Corey looks very good. He could be more humble though. I find that cocky fighters never do as well in the ring. When the roster was announced i thought the winner would either be Nate Diaz or Joe Lauzon.

The TUF 5 finale should be good. Pulver vs. Penn II, also John Fitch is supposedly on this card aswell as the finals of the TUF tournament.

Cool

the last episode was a waste of time!that should have only took up 20 min!
the rest should have the other 2 fights.but peen team needed a harsher punishment.
P.S.jens, can you give us a little hint of who is going to be in the final

HAHAHA, if Jens were to tell us who's in the final he would probably get sued by Zuffa LLC for breach of contract, lol.

Question for Jens

Which do you prefer, ring or cage?

I'd like to start off by being honest.

I had thought that things for Jens Pulver hadn't been looking so good lately. The return to the ufc was less than desirable but you've managed to turn defeat into victory. Your very entertaining on the ultimate fighter Jens and everytime I've seen you fight in Pride you've always been entertaining.

As a coach your looking like you might clean sweep BJ Penn's team so even if your return as a fighter doesn't work out, you'll be able to at the very least inspire the next wave of mma fighters. You should be proud. (If the IFL is ever looking for an extra couch they'd be lucky to snag you away from Zuffa).

Good luck against BJ when the fight goes down. I hope it's one fo the ages and the ufc continues to employ you in some form and fashion.

I think you can find that some where on Sherdog. But why spoil it for yourself?

I don't mean to completely disagree with MAgog, but I really think Jens is FAR from being out of fighting. The UFC has evolved over the last couple years and everyone in it now is a very good wrestler, striker, bjj artist. But Jens is still an amazing athlete and thats what it requires to stay in the UFC. Jens will be around for a while to come, and I fully expect to see him with the title around his waist again soon, probably by years end. Militech doesn't allow it's fighters to be in bad shape, so I expect to see a really toned, strong Jens Pulver ready for a scrap with BJ Penn (whom I really dislike)

Yeah I agree with you muaythai, regardless if Jens wins or loses against BJ we will without a doubt see him back. He set the foundation for the LW division and has done many great things in his mma career and lets face it the guys a fighter, so if he were to lose hes only going to come back that much stronger and harder. NOT just throw the towel in and call it quits, especially at his age.
