When i saw all these names i couldn't of been more excited. There are some of my favorite fighters on this card and there are also some of the most exciting fights in the world. Honeslty i don't know which card I would have choose if I had to pick one.

The only thing that might be a down fall for this card will be the mis matches. We all know in a way pride was notorious for making them. There are not to many fighters out there that are not in the UFC that can hang with these great LW's and Fedor. But regardless watching Aoki, Sakurai, Fedor, and others fight is something I have been missing for a long time so i cant wait.

This would be great.. and in time in randy's resignation leavinf UFC a bad name do people will do try to lolol for other place to see mma. And fedor is the only reason i will watch m1 and this new promotion. I hope he will match up with randy before randy gets too old.

Wow, the Yerenokka card is coming together quite nicely JZ vs Aoki is going to be sick. Probably one of the best matchups this year, I'd say.

I think JZ is going to thump on Aoki. His takedown defense is very good and he can stand up and bang. But Aoki could always pull off a crazy flying armbar. I'd actually really like to see Aoki pull off something spectacular like that. Man this is a great fight

Great to see Sakurai back as well, he always brings a fun fight. If they can make a few more great matchups, I'd say this card will be as good as or better than UFC 79, which IMO is saying a lot because I'm peeing my pants over UFC 79.

M-1 Globals NYE show will blow UFC 79 out of the water in every category except american PPV sales, where, lets face it, the UFC is "the man". THe M-1 show will be better. It will have more pyrotechnics and its in JApan so the respect for every fighter will be there. Saitama Super Arena holds 25000 i think and it will be packed. I'd still like to know if this fight is being held under old Pride rules or under the American rules.

UFC 79 i am looking forward to 3 or 4 of the fights but it is still just the UFC. The UFC PPV's are never all that entertaining. THey dont try and put on a good show aswell as good fights. Plus most fans at the UFC shows are druken retards anyways, who boo as soon as the fight gets technical or slow in anyway.

As for the Aoki fight, way26 stole my prediction, Aoki by flying armbar .

Mitsuhiro Ishida vs. Gilbert Melendez

wow this card just continues to get better and better, and Aoki vs. JZ should be an insane matchup. These two bouts and Fedor fighting almost matches up to UFC 79 no joke. If Fedor gets a match up against a top HW it will for sure be just as good if not better.
