Default Which form of art?

Which form do you think I should study or try to learn? I'm a 6'5 255 pound male, so jumping around doing backflips can be quite hard haha. Any ideas? Any beginner tips?

I think I recommended another fellow with the same question to study a strong, solid base that isn't to complicated, and will show you the ropes.

Try to take up something like Hapkido jsut to learn how to become flexible, and learn basic strikes and balance. After that, try to take on something a little more intermediate such as BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu).
