Default Jujitsu

Does anyone here study Jujitsu?

I have to say out of all the martial arts I have studied I find this to be the best for self defence. The difference with Jujitsu is that its about technique over strength. If you are not that powerful, your punch is unlikley to hurt a big man. But with Jujitsu you can get him down and disable him because its about brain, not brawn. I would highly reccomend Jujitsu to anyone who is studying martial arts just for self defence or for people who dont have the biggest build.

I wouldn'y say ONE art is the BEST for defense. It is better to train in a variety and you, yourself can only apply how well you can perform.
