I would say look at my signature but that wouldn't be too nice.
Sophomore year in high school I started boxing and wrestling. Did the Folkstyle throughout the year and the Greco-Roman/Freestyle tournaments in Summer.
Golden Gloves was an AMAZING experience. Made it to state a couple of times but never did anything spectacular.
Moved on to "MMA" gyms after high school and was thankful that they didn't just throw me in a cage. So I equally learned Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and furthered my stand up with Muay Thai. Entered quite a few Submission Wrestling tournaments too.
Got to a new gym now, and full time MMA training. Strength and conditioning as well as ground work four days a week, stand up four days a week, and all out sparring three to five days a week.
For something extra I have spent the last year or so looking into the power principles of Wing Chun and the purely self defense tactics of Krav Maga.
