Has anyone had a chance to see any of the summer blockbusters yet? Mission Impossible, XMEN, etc...

I've personally seen XMEN and MI:3 - both were pretty good action movies, but I wouldn't say anything abuot long lasting quality. Though I can't wait for XMEN 4 and MI:4. I think those'll be pretty darned nifty.

How about Pirate of the Carribean II? Anyone going to see that? Kiera Knightley is HOT.

I'm not too much of a movie person to be honest. I usually wait until the DVD comes out and then I buy it, or rent it. Though every now and then I'll go to the movies to see a chickflick with the woman.

I've seen XMen 3, MI:III, and DaVinci Code on their opening nights. They were all good. I enjoyed them very much.
I plan to make an effort to go see Pirates of the Caribbean. Kiera Knightley is good looking, indeed.

Pirates of the Caribbean looks great. It looks so different from the first one. I hope it holds up to the first one.
XMen was good. MI:III was good. DaVinci Code was also good.

Only one I've seen is Da Vinci code. I'm not much of a movie person . Only reason I saw Da Vinci code was because I read the book and I HAD to see the movie.

All in all? Book was MUCH better - and I don't say that much.

Saw XMEN3 last night.

Was just as I heard, big enjoyable action movie that was light on story.

Did you guys who saw it watch the end after the credits?

I've seen XMEN and Da Vinci Code. Both were OK - but nothing like their original stories (though DVC followed it decently).

I'd love for them to do the Ender's Game series. I'd pay any amount of money to see that series made into a movie.

Summer

The Da Vinci Code, is a movie worth viewing. It is not a film that I would put on my favourite list, but still worth watching.
