Default Sparring With A Freind

I've been doing mma for about a month now and recently my friend who has no mma experience wants to spar with me, just for fun. I am slightly worried, as he outweighs me greatly, but lacks in almost all other aspects. Here is what I have come up with.

Me:
Height:5'6''
Weight:135lbs

Opponent:
Height: 6' 2''
Weight: 205lbs (Not Muscle)

I've decided on two strategies as follows.

Although we both have poor conditioning, I have much better conditioning than him. He is not well versed in any types of takedowns or submissions or punches for that matter. His punches will lack technique, but will be slow and powerful.

I will encourage him to throw punches, staying out of his range, and dodging, occasionally taking a few shots from him and returning the odd jab. This will make him over confident, as he will think I can't strike him well . Secondly, he will quickly tire.

Once he tires, I will quickly unload on him with punches, elbows and knees. He won't be able to defend himself.

My opponent knows no takedowns, I know a few. Unfortunately, I know he is capable of using his weight to take me down or to reverse my takedowns. I will use this to my advantage.

I will place my left leg behind his, and push slightly, taking hold of him. He will push back hard, instead taking me down, but I will bring him down also into closed guard.

To prevent his from trying to break free or mount, I will hit him with a few quick punches. From here I will open guard and apply an armbar from the guard.

anyone who is more powerful than you its much easier to pwn them in your guard. keep him there, hell think he has you and you can either armbar,triangle,RNC...w/e

although i dont think sparring is a great idea if neither of you has much experience, one or at worst both of you could get hurt.
