Each weight class has its own advatages and disadvantages.

HW Great knockout power that can happen at any point in time. Everyone loves watching Huge guys battle. To bad for the most part they are to slow. The current list of top HW's is impressive though.

LHW Still good KO power with the hands and general speed is increased. Most of the fighters are pretty aggressive and hungry and can do alot of damage in the standup game. Some great strength for power moves and slams with devoted fighters.

MW This class is probably the least exciting for me. It seems that middle weight guys can move up or down a weight class and go where the good fighters are alot easier than other weight classes.

WW Wicked speed and usually alot of super technical fighters. Fights are usually longer, very fast paced and can be fought both on the ground and standing by most fighters. The 1 punch devastating KO isnt to common here but the handspeed multil punch TKO's are.

LW Amazing speed. The last few LW fights remind me of a cartoon where you just see the dust around 2 guys fighting lol. You wont see many 1 punch KO's but you will see guys out there to prove themselves and battle to the bitter end. Wicked submisisons and reversals and again... SPEED.

To answer the question though... I would have to say the LHW and WW classes are my favorite to watch.

I have the same kind of opinion as Berzerker on this one. Every weight class offers something different and more importantly so do the fighters. certain heavy weight fights are more appealing than certain middleweight fights , or certain welterweight fights.

As far as the most exciting fights go , with the light weight division I have been very impressed . Some fast paced very exciting fights, not to mention there's a lot of depth in that division, But then again it seems all of the divisions are pretty stacked right now.

LW for sure. The guys are so incredibly fast and technical. You can also have a tourniment of the top 20 fighters at that weight and it would be impossible to pick your favorite because anyone of them has the skills to win.

Love the lightweights, most the fights in that category turn out to be candidates for fight of the year.

Gomi Vs Diaz
Griffin Vs Guida
Griffin Vs Edgar

Also the potential match ups coming up, the LW division is great.
