Anyone know anything about this brand? It is an E-Bay item that is selling pretty cheap. Looks o.k however i would love to know who makes it and if they have a web address, alternitavely if anyone else has ever used it what is it like?

I dunno dude, unless it weighed 200 + lbs, you prolly send it flying all over the place...it would have to have some serious dead weight in it - water won't be enough, and it's more than likely what that has in it...P.S If there is a product description, I didn't bother going to the link - most of those uprights are the same.

I'm pretty sure you can fill them with sand. But i don't think you could smash into em to full on, prob just semi-impact type work.

Yep, I was at my buddy's gym, and I was kicking the big one all over the place...He said he had water in em'. But it was funny cause I was there, and I was like I'm going to try it out and reply to this thread

Definately lower impact work should be done on these bags. You can't beat a standard ole' hanging PB...

That thing look's pretty cheap to me. I would choose my Everlast heavy bag over that thing any day.
