I have the basic free weights that I am sure everyone else has (I only use them occasionally). I work out everyday doing things that do not require any weights – things like sit-ups, crunches, push-ups, and pull-ups.
I don't have anything. I go to my friend's house. He's got a mini gym. It's nice. I'm looking into buying some. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what's good and what's not? I know they're all the same, really. But still.
I have this great thing my husband built for me. It has a 100 lb bag on it, a pull up bar, a lower bar for hanging sit-ups, and a peg board to pull myself up. I mainly kick the bag and use my makiwara for punching.
