Ok, I dug this thread up, as I was watching the Bas BBOC over the weekend, and man is that shit good!

World class fighter, world class trainer, and world class c ommentator.

I think I'm gonna buy them books/DVD's.

I recomend Bas Rutten lethal Techniques to survive a street fight. I think thats waht its called, hilarious and very informative. Deffinetly world class.
