I'd have to agree with you on this. MacDonald's stand up is horrible, he beat Leben and Herman who imo whould be in the WEC and the UFC. However the champs first fight after loosing his belt is usually against a weeker opponent if not an instant rematch. That is why Hughes is fighting Lytle aswell. I believe Lytle could KO Hughes if he can keep the fihgt standing and he is more agressive than he was against Serra.

That being said i would not be surprised at all if every favourite won his match on this card.

You're right, Franklin's no slouch and Leben and Herman are no comparison to Franklin. I wouldn't bet real money on MacDonald, but I still think he's the best underdog bet on this card and that he has a good chance to win.
