Lister actually tapped Marquardt at the 2003 ADCC.

It's a completely different ball gam now it's MMA, but being tapped could still be in Marquardt's head, although i'm still confident Marquardt takes it.

Lister is a ground wizard and is as good as they come.... but to me this fights to hard to call it could really go either way but i see it going in a split decision to either one them.
