Default Consistency

Unlike lifting, Cardio workouts can be done much more often. 4-6 times a week is a good amount of time to spend doing cardio workouts. Also, because of this, endurance is lost much more quickly than muscle strength. Therefore it is very important to keep up with it.

I would say 6 times a week is too much. 5 max but a more reasonable amount would be 4. You dont want to overtrain and risk injury. Having a break between each session gives you a chance to recover so you can perform at full capacity inyour next session.

Yeah i do about 3-4 times a week. Another routine that alot of people do is Workout 7 days a week and rotate between upper body and lower body each day.

This is a very effective method - however I would still have one day rest per week not working out at all. So say Monday, Wednesday, Friday - upper body. Tuesday, thursday, Saturday - lower body. Sunday - rest

For cardio I'd just do simple at home things, such as jumping jacks, jumprope, or even run around outside for awhile, somtimes I even just stand infront of my mirror and do simple punches and uppercuts, nothing special.

If you can even out and balance what areas of the body you work out, you should work out 7 days a week if possible. You can alternate between upper body, and lower body, or do one body part per day throughout the week.

Consitency IS key though, and if you begin to skip your daily work outs, or don't follow your schedule, your body will get a bit confused, and the muscles will not stay active to bulk up.

I dunno about 7 days a week. The body needs to rest sometimes. I never push lifting weights past 4 days a week. Besides, going everyday would be troublesome for my schedule.
