Tae-Bo is an aerobics type class but with moves taken from martial arts. It really is a good workout and you can learn some basic moves from various martial arts.

Ahh, that sounds like an effective combination. When i was at the gym today i looked around for it on the list and couldn't find it. So im guessing my gym doesn't have it.

No - Tae Bo is something that I think is like a brand so I doubt you will find it in any gym. You can buy the DVD's and do it at home. A class similar to this would be called something like Body Combat - they have regular classes at my local gym.

Hmm I haven't a cardio workout in along time, usually I'll just go out and run around my block a few times, but thats about it in terms of cardio. As for kickingboxing, never really tried it yet.

Tae-Bo looks like a good thing. The man is doing a good job in getting people active and believing in themselves. Thats great.
