Default Running 10km (about 6.6 mile) HELP!!!!!!

I train hard 5/6 days a week but none of this is for long distance running, i do run twice a week but they are both only 2 mile runs.

i'm not really sure how my long distance would bear as i don't put it to the test but i've been talked into doing a 10km run (some annual event). i'm not looking forward to it.

Worst of all it's in 3 weeks, does anyone have any ideas on how i can get ready for it, and is it possible for me to run from 2 mile to close to 7 miles in 3 weeks. Or should i just say no and do it next year (although if i can do it physically i want to do it)?

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I run 3 miles a day and when I lay off and get back to that I do it gradually. Doing one mile and then resting before doing the other. Then Getting it together. Then doing it faster and faster trying to meet my goals.
