Monday Wednesday Fri day is conditioning at our gym and Monday we'll hit stairs, 5 long steep flights, 17-20 times, Wednesday we'll do a grappling based conditioning class so 2 on 1 grappling you start on the bottom in mount and everyday you get into guard, half guard, side mount, etc another fresh man immedietly jumps on you (5 minutes of that), Run up hills 3 times with a training partner of around the same weight on your back, then combos on bags 5 then 1 minute grappling x 10, stretch

Thursday: Striking Workout- Thaipads, Sparring

Default For me

Right now this is what i do on weights-
Mondays-Chest
Tuesday legs
wednesday-Bis and Tris
Thursday-back and shoulders
Friday-just cardio
saturday-usually just do extended stretching, and just a random light workout
sunday-rest

everyday i do the Elliptical for 30 minutes before weights, then after lifting i go and jog a mile and a half, somedays, and always on fridays ill do sprints for like 2 minutes, then go back to a jog, and try to make it to 20 minutes, sometimes i do, then other days i dont.
Overall my workout isnt great, but it helps me alot in Tournaments and whatnot so im happy with it.

I have been laying off the weight training lately, just doing some light weight training here and there. I have been getting into running and biking alot more as of late. I need to lose a fair amount of gut, so I have been doing more situp's also.

Gotta get that stamina up for my lady.

Default My cardio workout

I still do it 7 times a week, but its very minimal. I rather spend time in the gym fighting and training. I confess, I've been bulking up a little more and spending time doing that. Currently, I'm doing about 30 push ups a day, 100 curl ups, and a mile every other day.

But that's just to keep me in shape. What's everyone else's work out?
I run a 100 meter hill sprint up it then slowly jog down and repeat this for 12 times its a killer killer workout and has increased my stamina for judo and bjj a lot, and this only takes about 20 min or so and feels like I run a marathon.I do this 3 times and train 3 days a week.
