I vary my workout a lot. I always run long distances AFTER I workout otherwise I don't have the energy to lift. The most important thing when lifting is to not stop because you recover...take off some weight and do the workout non-stop.

I dont have any set workouts as I find I become bored VERY quickly. So I just work 100% for an hour and a half every other day. Varying Cardio and weight sessions and trying to target every part of the body.

I don't really have a set workout. I do upper body one day and lower body the other day, i basically have a set rotation between all the machines/free weights that i do.

Im very similar - the only thing I do differently Is some days I will target for example - just my arms - or just my legs. This throws an extra bit of variety into the equation so your body doesnt get too used to anything.

Heh whoops I had just made a thread about this, didn't realize there was already one, anyhow I don't really have any special workout, I'll occasionally lift weights and do some sit ups and pushups, but I usually lose my weight just by simply sweating.

Default my bad

God, It seems I'm a lazy git.

3 classes of bjj a week - 2 hours each.
Pretty full on classes though.

Should really be doing more.

30 minutes to an hour of running each day (depending on my schedule). I like to do it outside, but most times I have to do it on the treadmill if I can't make it out to the gym.

Then every other day I work out, alternating between my upper and lower body. Then the days in between I spar and train for fighting.

I have only started in the last month so I am not real hardcore into working out with a solid regement yet.

The following are done seven days a week...

1. Stretching for about 10 minutes.
2. Ride my exercise bike or run for 20-30 minutes.
3. Lift weights for around 30 minutes.
4. Hit the heavy bag for about 15-20 minutes

I have a friend that has a good background in Jiu Jitsu that I role with on the weekends. We also do some sparring with head gear, shin guards and boxing gloves.

As you can see it's not the best routine in the world but it is a start.

Same here. I also have no real set workout regiment that I follow. I prefer to switch it up and mix in my cardio and weight lifting, alternating between the two as I go untill I am completely spent.

Right now I'm in college so I have to workout around classes. I run T W TR and weightlift M T TR F. It works very well for me.
