Default Training morning or evening???

I do some weight training about 8 in the morning (1 hours worth), then go to work and do some cardio after work about 4 (1 hours worth).

Does anyone know whether it would matter whether i do the cardio before or after work?

i want the best benifit (obviously), would it matter what time i get the heart pumping?

I run in the morning on an empty stomach to get my metabolism going for the rest of the day losing nothing but mostly fat and lift weights in the afternoon with my supplements.

acutally cario only increases ur metabolsim for a short period while weight training increaes it for many hours. But I still like your order as long as you are getting some proteni and carbs after the cardio

As far as does it matter from a performance stand point put whichever you need to increase more later in the day.

I prefer to lift in the morning and do cardio later -- but that's a completely personal preference. I don't know if it's "better" or not, it's just how my body likes to work.

Both if possible. Why settle for one or the other when you can get a good sweat going early in the day and burn calories through out the day, then the same at night before you crash out so that you burn them while sleeping? I know that not everyone can but it's the best for me.

I could not agree more. Well said Babalunatic. This is what I have been doing religiously for 2 weeks and the results have been amazing.

Depends on where your strength comes from, mine is in the morning, so it's tough for me to work out at night...BUT as long as I pull in 3:1 Carb to Protein after a late night workout I don't mind working out at night either. i think whatever you're body is comfortable doing is what's best, only trial and error will tell you what will truly work for you...
