My favourite submission technique to use would be the rear naked choke. It is simple and effective. I love all submissions to be honest.

If you ask a BJJ guy whats the ideal position to win a fight, more often than not they will say rear naked choke. I too am i huge fan of the submission game. Just as exciting as a knock out to me.

I have always been a fan of kneebars and various leglocks as well.

the inverted heelhook is a killer. You could blow out someones knee really badly if you wanted to using that technique.

So glad someone got on to leglocks. Yeah armbars and triangles are great but for me the knee bar is just awesome. I've got a freaky dvd by Masakazu Imanari - Super grappling techniques - leg lock master, some of his rolling into position leglocks are f*ck'in crazy! Then they show footage of him doing it in full speed in grappling comps and NHB fights! True freak! peace.
