I Broke my toe two weeks ago and it still isn't healed. I want to get back into MMA training already. Any ideas how I could Protect it or any way to make it heal faster?

Now would be a good time to start working the other foot. Your toe will still hurt a little when you pivot, but at least you'll be able to do something.

yEAH i WENT BACK YESTERDAY. i CAN'T DO ANY GROUND WORK OR KICKS WITH MY LEFT LEG, BUT I WAS ABLE TO DO ALL MY HANDWORK AND KICKS WITH THE OTHER LEG FINE.
