I dont see this fight happening until Mayweather has spend all of the money he won off the De La Hoya fight. Considering Mayweather is an idiot id imagine he'd of spent it all by the end of the year.

I think (and hope) that Hatton will win. Despite his accolades, I dont think Mayweather has faced anyone like Hatton. As far as MMA is concerned, it takes a lot more skill to be a rounded MMA fighter than a boxer (and I have been a boxing fan for about 35 years). Mayweather would be annihilated by fighters not deemed good enough to get into the UFC or the now defunct Pride. There aint no referee breaking you up because you are holding. The ref will break the action once someone cannot intelligently defend. Even with the aforementioned calibre of figher, Mayweather, in my opinion, would not get past the first couple of minutes. I believe we will never see him in MMA. I wish he would so his mouth would be shut for good (I do not mean dead I mean just shut him up). I have trained in Jui-Jitsu for 20 years and anyone showing disrespect (in any sport or martial art) really annoys me. People like Randy Coutoure and Joe Lewis are an example to others (as are many other boxers and martial artists)
