I still do it 7 times a week, but its very minimal. I rather spend time in the gym fighting and training. I confess, I've been bulking up a little more and spending time doing that. Currently, I'm doing about 30 push ups a day, 100 curl ups, and a mile every other day.
But that's just to keep me in shape. What's everyone else's work out?

I run a 100 meter hill sprint up it then slowly jog down and repeat this for 12 times its a killer killer workout and has increased my stamina for judo and bjj a lot, and this only takes about 20 min or so and feels like I run a marathon.I do this 3 times and train 3 days a week.
