I woke up about 30-minutes ago, and turned on my monitors; I had left my computer on from the night before. I saw that I had a bunch of messages from MSN from Robert_Lake, saying "what happened to the site....all the threads are gone".

Uh-oh.

So I go to MMAForums.net and see a ton of 0's where there should be thousands of posts. What the hell?

My first suspision? Jason.

There are only three people with the access to remove threads: myself, Robert_Lake, and Jason. Could it have been Jason? I understand that he left a little while ago due to some lame forum drama/conflicts, but he was always the nicest guy and did a lot to grow the forum in the beginning.

My suspicious were correct when I checked the moderator logs. Yup, I can track each and every action he made, and it was definitely him who mass-removed thousands of posts and threads.

Normally this would be absolutely devastating, and the forum would have a difficult recovery ahead. Threads and posts from over a year all gone, and who knows what else he messed up; perhaps he banned a ton of people as well.

Fortunately I have your guys' backs. I have a very big backup operation set up, and the database is backed up 24 hours as part of this. So, from the time I found Robert_Lake's MSN messages, I had the forum back up and running with all the would-to-be deleted posts and threads, in about 10-minutes.

So, Jason, why you did this, I will never know. That is about as low as anybody can get, and I'm surprised that you would ever do such a thing. Perhaps you were jealous that we're starting to grow and do well, and have pro fighters such as Jens Pulver come? Who knows. All I know is that you're banned and I hope you can deal better with society in the future other than throwing a tantrum and trying to ruin a community.

To everyone else, the forum's back and is yours to enjoy. Know that I indeed have your back and nobody's going to mess this forum up.
