diet is easily one of the most over-looked and important aspects of training if you want to take it seriously. I only drink 100% certified organic stuff. It's expensive but you know its pure. Some people (myself being one at one point) don't realize the amount of garbage that is in "normal" grocery store food. The vegetables are covered in pesticides and chemicals, milk is full of garbage. i mean, read the ingredients on some of this stuff, the rule my nutritionist gave me was if I can pronounce the ingredients, it;s probably best i dont eat it. for exercise I run 30 minutes 4 times a week, and 2 of the 4 days of running i do sprints at the end. Jui jitsu/submission wrestling 3 times a week, stirking 3 times a week. weight training 5 days a week. It's a pretty busy time, but i love it. some people might say i over-do it, but if you look at the top fighters i the world. they are doing the same thing.
