Depending on the level of the Jiu Jitsu guy I would have to say utilize the push pull motion in the clinch to get the wrestler to commit to a move such as a straight double leg takedown. From there they could use this motion to trap the wrestler in their guard for a submission such as a guillotine, triangle, or even a side-rear naked from the guard position. If the Jiu Jitsu guy is even more advanced he could sweep the wrestler into the mount position from the bottom. Carlos Newton did that to Matt Hughes in their first fight. Wrestlers have a great ability to keep position so the Jiu Jitsu guy needs to rely on quickness and technique. I am still a yellow belt in CAN-RYU Jiu Jitsu, so I still have a learn of course.
