i would say a heavy bag with the steel base would be best. i had one of those bags you fill with water or sand, and it sucked. it always tipped over and after a few weeks the base started to crack and leak water. those bags are only good for women doing tae-bo and shit like that. by the way, how is your training going? mine has been ok, but i've been slipping for the past couple of days. i have to kick myself in the ass and get myself going again.
