Hmm.... interesting - Ive never heard of this before - I think I will give this a go. How heavy should the weight be? I mean should it be weights you would normally bicep curl for example?

And back to the original post. I do chinups with a backpack with weights in it I find it reall targets your biceps, triceps, back and shoulders and gives you a proper good work out
