i have this problem. i'm one of these people who only eat 1 or 2 times a day. i try to eat 3 times a day, and i do once in awhile. but most of the time it is only 1 or 2. between work, driving my daughter to school, dance class, figure skating, soccer ( in spring & summer), driving my girlfriend to work and picking her up. i know it sounds crazy but i don't have the time. and i know i should make the time, but as they say, easier said then done.
