Some of you might have seen this, but to get a great workout for your forearms:

Take a wooden stick and tie a string to it in the middle...then hang a weight from the string...put your arms straight out and wind up the string so you're slowly lifting the weight...it burns about 3/4 of the way up...3-5 sets and your arms will be screaming
