Hmm. OTC Magnesium tablets. I think I've either read about them, or heard about them. Their just like tylenol pain killers...except for the people who work out right?
I've just been taking tylenol to help ease any soreness I have, but I'm not really sure it's really working, or if its just a placebo affect.
How come you aren't big into pills? Not your thing? Or you just never made the move?
