There are two types of vitamins, one is broken down by water, so you need this daily. One example would be Vitamin C, you need this daily and it would be nearly impossible to overdose on it. On the other hand, Iron and Vitamin B6 (im not positive) is not broken down by water and you would need to watch your intake.
