Yeah this is huge news, elitexc did sign a contract with CBS. But to me it was a potentially bad move on their part. All it does it market MMA as a whole, so when others tv channels like fox, abc, and nbc look to make a deal to get mma on their channel, why not turn to the biggest organization in the world, the ufc?
