High Intensity Interval Training. Never tryed it myself but I guess they did a study at Laval Universtiy in Quebec and found that it helped people loose 9 times more fat than those who trained the traditional way of moderate speed for 20-60 minutes. Basics of it are running at a moderate pace for a 1 minute then sprinting for 30 seconds rinse and repeat for 20 minutes.
What do you guys think of this? any of you actually do this?
